deck the hazardous chamber halls of an underground waste water treatment plant - Let's take a look at how they did it.
Going in! Ladder is secured to the floats frame. Accudock work floats lead from the recently
completed section and are connected into position for the next phase.
The chambers have many turns, cubicles, pipes and overhead abutments, that make the
project next to impossible to do with full current running through the facility, without
portable work platforms that can be rigidly and quickly connected together. Wood spacers are
drilled down into the floats marine grade aluminum frame - allowing the workers to position
the floats safely and securely in place, around pipes, and wall protrusions.
Accudock work floats are the only floating platforms on the market that are lightweight and portable (4' X 8' - 107 pounds each) with frames that allow connecting, bolting, drilling, cleats and railings in any position along its frame - which was vital for this project. See video below.
