ACCUDOCK FLOATS: Are the only floats on the market that can 100% guarantee the wall thickness throughout the float and that there are no weak/thin spots, because we build our float boxes with flat HDPE stock that is then "extrusion welded". This process allows us to make any wall thickness, use any density of foam and make any float any size, shape and height according to your specifications.

Frame:  6061 marine high grade aluminum 2” X 2” X 1/8” welded together.

Surface and sides: .150 White HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) -the same product used in quality truck bed liners.

Float bottom surface:  .150 White HDPE

Foam Liner:  EPS - Expanded Polystyrene (foam)

Hardware:  marine grade stainless steel

Our floats are totally hand made.  Each float is heat welded and totally encases the polystyrene (foam) with HDPE.  The floats’ frame is welded, and attached to the lip of the float – which provides an excellent sturdy base for attaching railing, decking, equipment holders, and cleats etc., and provides the connecting mechanism to rigidly and easily connect the floats together in any configuration.  Example:  end to end (2 - 4 X 8’s make a 4 X 16, or side by side (2 - 4 X 8’s make a 8X 8), “L” shape, “T” shape or totally surround a boat.
